Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the company’s operations.
This role includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the office environment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
The Office Administrator will use QuickBooks and other tools to support financial and operational needs.
Job Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with a focus on financial and operational responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
