Job Description

 

Responsible for continuously reviewing processes, coordinating activities, monitoring compliance and efficiency of health services offered to patients.

Conducts audits of clinical records.

Analyzes statistical and quantitative data.

Conducts monitoring, reporting and corrective plans based on findings.

Identifies trends, indicators and establishes the work plan for the quality office based on findings and recommendations to improve the quality of service and meet established standards.

Coordinates and performs functions of facilitating work teams to improve the result and meet the goals of the quality division.

Job Experience

Doctorate in Medicine. Must have two (2) or more years of experience in a similar position responsible for the supervision of medical utilization and quality programs.
