Indoor Plant Technician /Gardener

We are hiring an Indoor Plant Technician to care for and maintain indoor plants at both client locations and our greenhouse facility. This role ensures that all indoor plants — whether displayed at customer sites or stocked in our nursery — are healthy, vibrant, and ready for sale or delivery. Candidate with outdoor gardening experience will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

At Client Sites:

• Water, clean, and prune indoor plants to maintain top condition
• Check for pests, diseases, and general plant health
• Replace plants as needed and ensure professional presentation
• Follow a routine schedule of maintenance visits

At Our Greenhouse:

• Care for stocked indoor plants: watering, fertilizing, pest control
• Prepare plants for client deliveries and showroom displays
• Report plant health issues and assist in restocking and labeling
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in indoor plant care or nursery work
• Familiarity with houseplants, their growing needs, and pest issues
• Ability to travel between sites as needed
• Physically fit and comfortable with greenhouse conditions
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
