The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator / Receptionist to support our fast-paced recruitment office. This dual-role position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also playing a key role in supporting our sales and recruitment teams.

Requirements
Reception Duties: – Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and visitors professionally. – Answer and direct incoming calls and emails. – Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Sales Administration: – Provide administrative support to the sales and recruitment consultants. – Maintain and update the CRM and candidate database. – Assist with job advertising, posting vacancies on job boards and social media. – Generate sales reports, track leads, and support the onboarding of new clients. Key Skills & Attributes – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. – Highly organized with strong attention to detail. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). – Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. – Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Qualifications & Experience – Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (required). – Experience in a recruitment or sales environment (preferred but not essential). – Degree
