Qualifications

• Arab National
• Old Driver License
• Own Car
• Proven experience as a merchandiser in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and retail display standards.
• Ability to negotiate with store managers to secure increased shelf space and visibility.
• Familiarity with stock rotation practices (FIFO – First In, First Out) to minimize expiries and losses.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple outlets and merchandising schedules effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle frequent store visits, product stocking, and display arrangements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retailers and store staff.
• Ability to analyze sales and stock levels to ensure optimal replenishment and availability.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues such as stock shortages, damaged goods, or poor visibility.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate with sales representatives and distribution staff.
