Job Description
1. Plans, supervises and encourages compliance and subcontractors’ occupational safety standards.
2. Plans and coordinates the details of the work in advance with subcontractors and supervisors from other disciplines.
3. Supervises the field personnel under his/her charge and develops construction activities with them in accordance with the plans established by the project manager.
4. Controls the use of materials, own and rented equipment to avoid waste and misuse in the construction process.
5. Responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the quality standards established in the project plans and specifications. These will be established in conjunction with the project manager.
6. Plans the work on a weekly basis in order to be in compliance with the work schedule.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Supervisor, specifically on highways.
- Available to work more than 40 hours per week if necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to work with multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to complete work in a limited time.
