Operation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day delivery operations
• Manage and support a team of drivers and operations staff
• Monitor performance metrics (on-time delivery, productivity, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Solve operational challenges in real time and implement process improvements
• Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in logistics, delivery, or operations (2–4 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good knowledge of route planning and delivery software is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
