Responsibilities
โ€ขWelcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable upon arrival. โ€ขProvide attentive and personalized service by engaging with customers, maintaining eye contact, and actively listening to understand their needs. โ€ขCollect all relative information of the customer (Company / Individual) and all documents required to process the sale. โ€ขFully adhere to company standard operating procedure (SOP) โ€ขEnsure all documentation is accurately completed, applying correct rates and clearly explaining terms and conditions to the customer. โ€ขFollow up with customers on payments. โ€ขGather information and feedback from clients about their needs and comments and report the same to management. โ€ขSupport marketing programs and the various company distribution / sales channels and product line up. โ€ขBuild and maintain solid relationship with Key accounts. โ€ขMaintain a clean and organized counter area, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure personal appearance aligns with the company dress code.

Major
: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience
Years of Experience
: 2 – 3 Years
Field of Experience
: Customer service.
Skills
โ€ขProficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures โ€ขProficient computer skills โ€ขGood communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferably bilingual โ€ขOutstanding organizational skills
