Responsibilities
โขWelcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable upon arrival. โขProvide attentive and personalized service by engaging with customers, maintaining eye contact, and actively listening to understand their needs. โขCollect all relative information of the customer (Company / Individual) and all documents required to process the sale. โขFully adhere to company standard operating procedure (SOP) โขEnsure all documentation is accurately completed, applying correct rates and clearly explaining terms and conditions to the customer. โขFollow up with customers on payments. โขGather information and feedback from clients about their needs and comments and report the same to management. โขSupport marketing programs and the various company distribution / sales channels and product line up. โขBuild and maintain solid relationship with Key accounts. โขMaintain a clean and organized counter area, uphold housekeeping standards, and ensure personal appearance aligns with the company dress code.

: Customer service.
Skills
โขProficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures โขProficient computer skills โขGood communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferably bilingual โขOutstanding organizational skills
