He / She should have clear understanding of department KPI’s and Network Operations and ensure timely customs clearance of shipments taking into consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action. Accuracy and Speed are key characteristics with organising and prioritising the job within the stipulated timeframe. The incumbent should be a self learner, detail oriented and an excellent team player.
